Welcome to FabricsOnSale.com! We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.

To initiate a return, you'll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a copy of your original packing list.

What can be returned?

Items must be unused and in the original condition you received them.

Items must be in the original packaging.

What cannot be returned?

Items with cutting requests (as they are customized)

Expedited shipping and processing costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount. You are also responsible for any return shipping costs.

Discrepancies

We recommend ordering swatches to ensure you're happy with the color, quality, and texture of the fabrics. However, we'll try our best to accommodate your return requests within our policy. Please note that colors may vary between screens due to monitor differences. FabricsOnSale.com is not responsible for color discrepancies caused by monitors.

Damage Claims

All damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, claims will be considered null and void.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund after a reasonable timeframe, please check with your bank and credit card company first. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund,

Sale items

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at [email address removed] or call us at [phone number removed].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
